Thailand Travel - Everything to do in Koh Phangan / Ko Pha Ngang in 3 days (okay, so probably not everything but we did a lot!). After a week in Bangkok we made a spontaneous decision to travel to Koh Phangan by plane, we didn't want to waste time travelling on a coach as we would have lost a day and we would have been exhausted so we booked some last minute flights and headed straight to the airport. The journey took us less than 12 hours and we arrived in Koh Phangan early in the afternoon. We stayed at Haad Yao Bay View resort on the beach of Haad Yao. It is a resort on the opposite side of the island to Koh Phangan's Full Moon Party - you wouldn't even know it was the same island! The resort itself was lovely but the staff were very rude - we were very disappointed as they tried to rip us off and give us a smaller room than the one that we had paid for. During our stay we booked an adventure safari day and of course we headed to The Full Moon Party on our final evening - check out the Full Moon Party video on our channel.
